Half-day trips go six or seven miles offshore, providing challenging fishing for experienced anglers, as well as being a perfect place for the beginning angler to get their sea legs! Our crew is there to assist you with all your needs during your fishing trip.

Here’s what you need to know about offshore fishing aboard the Miss Hatteras party boat.
We go offshore fishing three days a week.
The Miss Hatteras goes about 6 miles offshore every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 am to noon, and Tuesday and Thursday from 1 pm to 5 pm, but our schedule may change slightly seasonally. Please be at the dock a half hour before we leave.
You’ll catch a variety of fish when you head offshore.
We most frequently catch triggerfish and black sea bass when we’re offshore fishing. Sometimes we catch sharks! Don’t worry, they’re all fun to catch and they all taste great!
You don’t need to worry about bringing any fishing gear.
You don’t need to worry about bringing any gear or a fishing license, we have everything you need. We suggest you bring some snacks and drinks since we do not have any refreshments for sale on the boat. Our Frequently Asked Question page covers everything you need to know about coming out with us.
Our fishing trips are designed to be affordable to everyone.
We strive to keep our half-day trips affordable for everyone. Our half-day offshore fishing trips are $78 per person. We offer a $10 discount for kids 12 and under.
We offer various trips to fit into anyone’s schedule and budget.
